Equal parts excellent and disappointing

I appreciated the helpful staff and the great breakfast options, made my stay enjoyable

The check-in process was annoyingly slow due to lengthy delays

The room itself was spotless and with a king bed, large bathroom plus big bath. The location was excellent, for example, Carlsbad Museum and Art Center was at a short distance from the hotel. The staff was very pleasant from my arrival up until I left.

The units are modern, well-appointed with sofa. The location is nice and perfect and the food is fresh.

Road noise disruptive at night!!! Housekeeping could be more consistent in cleaning, especially with attention to detail on hair and bathroom sanitation!!! TV setup frustrating with slow channel response!!! Inadequate communication around amenities listed!!!

Fantastic Stay with Spacious Suites!

The breakfast was a standout, offering various options like eggs, bacon, and even waffles, which I appreciated. The staff provided excellent service, answering all my questions with enthusiasm . My only feedback is that the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing for a quieter stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our kids and pets while diving into the nearby caverns. The breakfast was a hit with the family. Keely at the front desk really went the extra mile to help us find a comfy room that met our needs!

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available on-site.

The vibrant floral arrangements in the outdoor seating area were good. It's a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air with friends.

The friendly staff, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with a variety of tasty options. We visited the nearby caves and Splash Park, a blast. You'll appreciate the cleanliness and fully equipped kitchen in the room. Definitely worth considering for your trip!

The only downside was that the hot tub was cold , disappointing after a long day of exploring.

The outdoor space was perfect. Just a heads up, I wish there were more traditional information guides in the room about the hotel amenities, but overall it was a fantastic stay 😊

Parking was limited during peak hours, and some noise from adjoining rooms affected the overall experience. While the staff was friendly, the check-in process felt slower due to a few guests ahead of us.

I stayed in a King Studio for a night. The room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed that felt really nice. It had a full fridge and a microwave, super handy. The bathroom was kind of big, and water pressure was good. I was impressed with how clean everything was. But the pictures showed more amenities, and it didn't live up to that. But, it had decent temperature control if you're worried about the weather.

Just a fine choice for a brief pause in Carlsbad with good value. The staff was friendly and helped with additional towels when we asked. Make sure to park in the extra lot if it looks crowded.

The room with a bathroom was great. the bed was very comfy. - Having a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge in the room was convenient. - the location was excellent, right in the downtown area.

This place is great, beautiful, perfect for Thanksgiving, with accommodating and friendly employees at the reception desk and rooms featuring king beds.
